The third round of US-Iran negotiations were held in Iran this weekend on Saturday in Oman. Unlike the previous discussions, this meeting included direct negotiations as well as technical talks between experts sent by each side.

Both sides say the negotiations continue to be positive and constructive, a fourth round is scheduled for this Saturday. Trump said to reporters yesterday that he is confident they will reach a deal and avoid conflict.

Despite this optimistic assessment, there is still serious disagreement over the provisions of any potential deal. The US appears to have backed off of its demands for complete dismantlement of Iran's nuclear infrastructure.

Instead, the US has proposed that Iran may keep its civil nuclear program but it will have to import enriched material rather than enriching uranium themselves. Iran's foreign minister has said this is non-negotiable.

Israeli PM Netanyahu said in a speech yesterday that Israel would accept nothing less than complete dismantlement as well as restrictions on Iran's ballistic missile program.

Iran has about 5 more weeks before Trump’s deadline to make a deal.

Trump’s approval rating has fallen precipitously since the inauguration, especially with women and Hispanics.

If this trend continues it will be problematic for Republicans in the midterms. Historically, the party that holds the presidency almost never gains seats in the midterms.

Republicans already have a slim 2-vote majority and will most likely lose the House.

It’s almost a guarantee that Democrats will flip the House, impeach Trump and force Congress to a standstill.

In order to mitigate the losses, the logic inside the White House will be that Trump must moderate before the election. Then, shortly after the midterms in 2027, a number of Trump’s cabinet officials like JD Vance, Kristi Noem, and Marco Rubio will begin seeking the GOP nomination for 2028.

This is why I’ve been saying for a year that Trump needed to come in prepared for a blitz in 2025 or else he will face political constraints on his agenda in 2026, 2027, and 2028.

This is still possible with the upcoming budget reconciliation resolution and there is still time in 2025. But there must be urgency. So far we are not off to a great start, many unforced errors by Trump, Hegseth, Musk, and others.

They need to learn that there are other ways to lead, inspire, and influence people besides chastisement.

Matt Walsh says on Tucker, “any country dependent on the US for its security should not exist.”

This is supposed to sound like edgy, nationalistic rhetoric. Intentionally vague.

Tucker replies with the obvious, he says, “oh, like Israel?”

Walsh says oh no, not like Israel at all actually because they aren’t dependent on the US (a total lie).

Then when pressed on the Middle East, he shrugs and says oh well I really don’t care about Israel I just care about America.

This is a very intentional strategy.

Any rhetoric that suggests that Israel is “not our problem” or some remote concern, obsessive preoccupation— this is all a disingenuous attempt to minimize the issue.

The Trump admin is pushing Jewish neocons to take over the Ivy Leagues, Jewish neocons are running the State Dept and surveilling/deporting antisemites, half his Cabinet wants a war with Iran— these are all serious problems.

And they are indicative of the relationship between the political opposition in America/Europe and a vast Jewish-Zionist network.

Guys like Walsh, Doyle, Pat Casey, et al are pantomiming this archetype of a “normal white dude” with repressed far right opinions. They are totally submitted to Jews, Jews are their bosses, they never discuss Jewish Power… not because they are shills but because they have a really good, intellectual cop out reason.

They shrug and pretend to be nonchalant, they say “hey man I just care about America,” “people who criticize Israel are Left Wing,” “hey bro I’m just normal.” These are talking points.

This is a carefully constructed identity that they want young white men to echo back. They have created the construct of “normal white dude with extremely far right opinions, but who never ever talks about Jewish Power because that’s just like not cool man or spiritually leftist,” or whatever.

Let’s just be up front and honest— they have undertaken a junior partnership position with the Zionist Jews.

They are in the side-car riding with Yair Netanyahu, Yoram Hazony, Curtis Yarvin…

That is what they are doing and they know that but they downplay it and call it something else.
